Care delivery is driven by Clinical Governance. As an organisation we constantly strive to improve standards of care to ensure we are Safe, Caring , Responsive , Effective and Well Led. To ensure clinical effectiveness service delivery has robust Clinical Governance policies , Procedures and Processes in place that adhere to CQC regulations and standards.
Our Clinical Director for Nursing and Governance overseas a skilled team of Clinical Nurse Managers and Clinical Educators who deliver consistent levels of safe care to families. All our care packages are assigned a Clinical Nurse Manager who undertakes ongoing risk assessments, carry out regular care plan reviews and acts as an advocate for the child and family.
As an organisation we monitor and evaluate our service delivery using our Clinical Governance procedures, audit standards and family evaluation. All feedback and evaluations are discussed at senior management meetings. Incidents, issues and concerns are identified and lessons learnt may lead to policy, procedure or process revision.
